Outdoor events need real contingency planning. We have a comprehensive rain plan, and we require a deposit on a 40’x40’ tent for the main area. Tenting and dancefloors are handled through our exclusive tent partner, Tenterprise, with custom coverage options across the garden. We also offer rentals including tents, dancefloors, sound equipment, chairs, tables, and a stage, so production can scale to your event’s goals.
Availability, Seasons, and Event End Time
We primarily host events in February–May and September–December. Events end at 10:00pm, making this a strong option for evening corporate programming that still respects local operations and guest schedules.
