Outdoor Garden Dinner + Reception Space (Up to 200 Guests)

Paradigm Gardens hosts private events up to 200 guests, with multiple areas that support a clean flow: arrival, cocktail hour, dinner, and celebration. Seated capacity and the recommended layout depend on dining style, dance floor, entertainment staging, tenting and other event elements. 3 hour standard event. Curfew 10pm. The garden setting does the heavy lifting visually so you don’t need to over-decorate to make it feel special. If your group wants a graduation dinner that feels elevated (but not stiff), Paradigm Gardens is for you!

In-House Catering + Custom Menus

Food is a central part of a Paradigm Gardens graduation event. We provide exclusive in-house catering with customized seasonal menus and a farm-to-table approach, including ingredients grown on-site when available.

Dietary needs should be submitted with the group’s menu information. Our culinary team can accommodate many common dietary restrictions, but each request must be reviewed and confirmed before the final menu is approved. Guests with allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements should provide complete information as early as possible.

What’s Included (Lighting, Bars, Restrooms, Dinnerware etc.)

Graduation dinners should not turn into a production nightmare. Paradigm Gardens includes key infrastructure that reduces stress and hidden costs:

• Ambient + logistical lighting (string lights, tiki torches, spotlights)

• Three built bathrooms (one designed with additional wheelchair space)

• Two handcrafted bars

• Dinnerware (plates, forks, knives, spoons, dinner napkins, jar glassware)

• Food + bar menu signage

• And yes—pygmy goats (they make the photo ops unforgettable)

Rentals are also available if needed (tents, dance floors, sound equipment, chairs, tables, stage).

Rain Plan and Severe-Weather Considerations

Paradigm Gardens is a fully outdoor venue with a rain plan that can include white-top or clear-top tents. Tent size, placement, gutters and other weather-related rentals are determined according to the guest count and event layout.

Tents provide protection from ordinary rain but do not make an outdoor event immune to severe weather. If significant weather is forecast, Paradigm Gardens will review the event setup, safety conditions and applicable contract terms with the client.

Parking + Accessibility for Family Groups

Graduation events bring multi-generational guests, so logistics matter:

Paradigm Gardens has a large parking lot next to the venue and additional nearby street parking. Brick paths connect key guest areas, and one of the three built bathrooms has additional space for wheelchair access.

Because Paradigm Gardens is an outdoor venue, guests will also encounter grass and other natural surfaces. The final layout and temporary rentals can affect movement through the venue. Please share mobility or other access requirements before booking so the team can review the proposed event configuration.
