How many guests can Paradigm Gardens accommodate for a corporate event?

Our venue is fully outdoor, garden-forward, and designed for a max capacity of 200 guests. Seated capacity and the recommended layout depend on dining style, dance floor, entertainment staging, tenting and other event elements. The space supports everything from casual mix-and-mingle receptions to structured programs with seating, staging, and entertainment. You’ll have multiple zones to build an event that flows: arrival, cocktail, dining, and celebration, without feeling cramped or cookie-cutter.

Is catering provided?

Corporate guests remember the food! We offer exclusive in-house catering with fully customized seasonal menus, including farm-to-table elements and wood-fire cooking. Our culinary team can accommodate many common dietary restrictions, but every request must be disclosed, reviewed and confirmed before the menu is finalized. Everything is managed professionally to protect your timeline, compliance, and guest experience.

What is the rain plan?

Paradigm Gardens is a fully outdoor venue and works exclusively with Tenterprise for tent installations. Tenterprise is familiar with the venue’s dimensions, access points and event layouts.

A deposit on a 40-by-40-foot tent for the main event area is required. White-top and clear-top options are available. Additional tents, gutters and other weather-related rentals may be recommended depending on the guest count, layout and forecast.

When a tent is installed, venue lighting is repositioned beneath it to maintain the garden atmosphere. Tent deposits reserve inventory but do not guarantee that every event can proceed unchanged during severe weather. If significant weather is forecast, Paradigm Gardens will review the setup, safety conditions and applicable contract terms with the client.

When does Paradigm Gardens primarily host corporate events?

We primarily host events in March–May and October–December (off-peak months of February, June, and September).

How long is a standard corporate event, and what is the venue curfew?

The standard event is 3 hours. The venue curfew is 10pm making this a strong option for evening corporate programming that still respects local operations and guest schedules.

There is a large parking lot behind Paradigm Gardens as well as ample street parking.
