This Spring Earth Day retreat in the beautiful outdoor space of Paradigm Gardens located in the Central City neighborhood of New Orleans will include a 2-hour vinyasa yoga practice focusing on balance poses, a 1-hour meditation/energy healing to align with the natural world, and a hands-on informational session about how to make healing herb and flower baths. All in the beautiful Paradigm Gardens setting next to the baby goats!
